I am thrilled to announce a new role within my client's team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in the South East of England. With a focus on the purchase, sale and leasing of farmland, wayleave agreements and access agreements with utilities for major infrastructure projects, partnership agreements, succession planning and divorce and its impact on the farming business.

Responsibilities:

1. The ability to advise on a diverse range of agricultural legal matters.
2. Work well alongside other solicitors and partners.
3. Experience with exposure to promotion agreements would be beneficial

You will need to have a minimum of 1PQE as a qualified lawyer with experience in Agricultural and Rural matters. They may consider an NQ who has trained at a ranked firm.
