Role: Account Director - Advertising & Performance Marketing
Location: Leeds (Hybrid/Remote options available)

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team! You'll be responsible for overseeing client relationships, leading the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring that all campaigns meet performance KPIs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage client accounts, acting as their strategic advisor.
• Oversee the execution of performance-driven campaigns across digital (PPC, social, programmatic) and traditional (TV, radio, print) channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities for growth and work closely with clients to drive results and ROI.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in an account management or director-level role within the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies, including PPC, social, and programmatic.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
