An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, client-focused solicitor to work in a hybrid role with a mix of remote and office-based working.

About the Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of complex residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and shared ownership matters. You will provide expert advice to clients, liaise with third parties, and ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other property documentation.
• Advise clients on complex residential property issues and transactions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
• Keep up-to-date with property law developments and provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE in residential property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold matters.
• Proven track record of managing complex property transactions independently.
• Excellent client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and support team development.
