An established and highly respected London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing Property Department. The Role
This role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property matters, with potential for commercial property work for candidates with interest or experience. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, professional contacts, and referrers
  • Support, mentor, and develop junior team members and trainees
  • Ensure all work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines


Person Specification:

  • Minimum 5 years PQE with substantial residential property experience; commercial property experience is welcomed
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build a client base and professional network
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and IT proficiency
  • Experience working towards and achieving targets
  • Marketing or networking experience is desirable
