Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - 3+ PQE

An established and reputable London law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its busy property team. This is a full-time role based in either the Marylebone or Camberwell office, with flexibility for hybrid working and full paralegal or secretarial support provided.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-volume caseload of approximately 60 active residential conveyancing files. Matters will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Lease extensions and title issues
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• New build and Help to Buy transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, and lenders throughout the transaction lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• Proven ability to handle a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong track record in business development and building client relationships
• Excellent communication, drafting, and file management skills
• Familiarity with case management systems and a proactive, organised approach
