A highly regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the South is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3-7 years PQE) to join its growing team, based in either Southampton or Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious practice, recognised for handling complex and high-value disputes for a broad commercial client base.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent role offering quality work, strong mentoring, and genuine progression opportunities. The successful candidate will become a key part of a Legal 500-recognised team, with direct access to clients and a supportive, forward-thinking working environment.

The Role

You'll be involved in a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:
* Contractual and corporate disputes (shareholder, partnership, etc.)
* Professional negligence claims
* Insolvency-related litigation
* Advising on strategy, risk, and resolution options including ADR
* Drafting court documents and managing cases from start to finish
* Supporting partners on complex/high-value claims
* Helping mentor junior team members (Senior Associate level)

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3-7 years' PQE in commercial litigation
  * Experience gained at a well-regarded firm with exposure to a broad range of disputes
  * Strong drafting and analytical skills, with commercial awareness
  * Excellent communicator who can build client relationships and work well in a team
  * A proactive, professional and solution-focused mindset
