You'll be involved in a wide variety of matters, including mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, and broader corporate advisory work. The role supports a diverse client base to fast-growing businesses. What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE in Commercial.
• Excellent technical ability, drafting skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate concisely and with confidence.
• Highly motivated, responsive and reliable.
