An established and growing commercial law firm with a reputation for delivering high-quality, partner-led service is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-3 PQE) to join its collaborative and forward-thinking Real Estate team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven commercial property lawyer to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with experienced partners and a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, and corporate occupiers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
• Acting on commercial developments from acquisition through to disposals
• Drafting and negotiating new leases and agreements for lease
• Handling secured lending transactions for banks and private lenders
• Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and managing property transactions end-to-end

About You:

• 2-3 years' PQE in commercial property law (UK qualified)
• Strong technical grounding in landlord and tenant law, developments, leases, and finance
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused attitude
• Capable of working independently on transactions with appropriate supervision and support
• A commercial mindset and interest in growing long-term client relationships
