An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Property Disputes Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join a dynamic and well-respected regional law firm based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a broad and interesting role offering exposure to high-quality Real Estate Disputes across both residential and commercial sectors, including construction disputes.

The Role
You will work closely with experienced Partners across a wide variety of contentious real estate and construction disputes, including:
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
* Lease renewals, possession claims, service charge issues and dilapidations
* Land and boundary disputes, easements and covenants
* Leasehold enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims
* Party wall and right to light matters
* Construction contract disputes and adjudications
* Advising contractors, developers, consultants and other professionals on risk, liability and dispute resolution

This is a genuinely broad litigation role with the chance to take ownership of files, contribute to business development and work directly with clients from day one.

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years' PQE
* Experience in property litigation is essential; some exposure to construction disputes is an advantage
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* A commercial, solutions-focused approach and a desire to develop a long-term career in disputes
* A team player who enjoys varied, hands-on work
