The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Executive to take ownership of a varied residential property caseload while benefiting from dedicated support and a collaborative team environment.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.
Your caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- New build transactions
- Shared Ownership matters
- General residential conveyancing work
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential property caseload independently
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders
- Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Maintaining files in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and proactively
- Managing financial targets and billing requirements
- Delivering exceptional levels of client care
- Supporting business development and networking activities
- Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and industry best practice
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Executive
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
- Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Have a sound understanding of conveyancing procedures, CQS requirements and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
- Possess strong communication and client relationship skills
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Have experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Experience of quality standards and accredited conveyancing processes would be advantageous but is not essential.
