A leading regional firm is seeking a 3-5 PQE Family Solicitor to join its Southampton team, working closely with a highly regarded Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-net-worth matrimonial finance and complex private children matters, including cases involving trusts, business assets, foreign assets and pensions.
The Role

Support a Partner on complex HNW financial remedy matters

Build and manage your own varied caseload

Handle divorce, separation, cohabitation and nuptial agreements

Advise on complex financial structures and private children matters

Contribute to business development and meet financial targets

Maintain exceptional client care and professional standards
About You
You will demonstrate:

Strong technical expertise in family law

Experience with complex financial remedy work

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Strategic thinking and commercial awareness

Confidence, initiative and strong time management

A team-oriented approach
Experience supporting marketing and business development initiatives is desirable.
