Wills, Probate & Trusts Lawyer (2-4 PQE)
Location: Hampshire & West Sussex
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days office-based per week)
Full Remuneration Package: £65,000 - £75,000
An established and growing regional law firm is seeking a Wills, Probate & Trusts Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join its busy and well-supported Private Client department across its Hampshire and West Sussex offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong private client solicitor looking to join a firm with a transparent bonus structure, strong training culture, and genuine long-term progression.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private client matters with full administrative support, including:

Drafting Wills

Probate and estate administration

Trust creation and administration
-
Estate and succession planning
-
Advising high-net-worth and elderly clients
You will work collaboratively across both offices, with a designated base office.
About You

Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in Private Client

Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills

Confident managing clients professionally with high levels of client care

Ideally STEP qualified or willing to undertake STEP qualification (supported by the firm)
