An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Associate to join the London Competition & Antitrust team. You will work closely with partners and international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional disputes and landmark competition cases, including:

Competition damages litigation: follow-on actions, cartel claims, abuse of dominance cases

Group litigation & collective redress: class actions, securities disputes, and omissions litigation

High-value, cross-border disputes across financial services, technology, logistics, agriculture, and consumer goods

Strategic case development: pleadings, disclosure, evidence gathering, trial preparation

Drafting correspondence and submissions under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) Rules, and other procedural frameworks

Collaborating with economists, investigators, and industry experts
We welcome applications from NQs through to Senior Associates. A background in competition litigation, collective actions, or commercial disputes will be highly regarded, but we also encourage applications from those with broader contentious experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Experience in litigation, arbitration, or contentious regulatory disputes

Familiarity with CAT proceedings, CPR, and UK court rules

Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
