Are you a seasoned Family Law Fee-Earner looking for a role with flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team culture? We're seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law professional (5+ years PQE) to join a busy niche Family Law firm.
About the Role
As a Family Fee-Earner, you'll manage your own caseload of private family matters with minimal supervision. You'll work with clients across the UK on a broad range of family law cases including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in Family Law (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Proven track record of managing private family law cases end-to-end
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently
- Experience working remotely or managing your own caseload virtually is desirable
- A following or the ability to generate work is advantageous, but not essential
