Technical Programme Manager - Infrastructure Transformation - London Hybrid (2 days onsite) - 6 months Umbrella Engagement

I have an exciting new Technical Programme Manager opportunity to join a central Strategic Execution team with our Fintech client.

You will support an increasing workload across core infrastructure change, cloud initiatives and integration of new business acquisitions. You'll be a hands-on leader for programmes that span regions and functions, working closely with senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of technology programmes, from initial planning through to programme closure
• Setting up and maintaining programme governance, reporting and controls
• Translating wider strategic objectives into clear programme scope, plans and outcomes
• Managing change delivery within technology environments, including core infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives
• Coordinating integration of newly acquired businesses into the corporate technology environment
• Working with stakeholders across multiple time zones, managing virtual meetings and calls effectively

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a hands-on Programme Manager in technology environments within corporate environments
• Strong end-to-end programme ownership, including planning, governance and delivery
• Experience delivering core infrastructure and cloud-related change programmes
• Background in managing integration programmes, involving acquisitions or major organisational change would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge, negotiate and influence at all levels
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, across different regions
• Comfortable organising your own workload and availability across multiple time zones
