A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its Oxford office in a team lead capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on a leadership role within a growing and ambitious department.

The Role

You will handle a high-quality and varied private client caseload, including:

• Wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance tax and succession planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Complex trust and high-value estate matters

Alongside your caseload, you will play a key role in leading and developing the team, supporting junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic growth of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters
• Experience or interest in mentoring and supervising junior team members
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
