The Role

This is a strategic hire within the Oxford office, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Employment practice in the region.

You will:

• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Support and grow an existing client base while developing new business opportunities
• Work closely with colleagues across offices and practice areas
• Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Contribute to the wider growth strategy of the firm

About You

• An experienced Employment Partner or Senior Associate ready for partnership
• Strong technical expertise across all aspects of employment law
• A proven or developing track record in business development
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and interest in team development
