Residential Property Fee Earner

Location: Stockbridge
Experience: 5+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£80,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid / Flexible

A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its busy property team in Stockbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancing professional to take responsibility for a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused team, with strong opportunities for progression.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, handling matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build properties
• General residential conveyancing matters

You will also:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and regular communication
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently and to deadline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including AML, CQS and SRA standards
• Contribute to the continued development and success of the property team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• 5+ PQE or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
• Confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
• Commercially aware and committed to delivering a high-quality service
