Technical Platform Manager - MarTech & Adobe

We are looking for an experienced Technical Platform Manager to take strategic ownership of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related MarTech technologies for our prestigious client.

You will be responsible for the governance, performance and continuous improvement of AEP, enabling data-driven marketing, campaign automation, analytics and personalisation at enterprise scale.

Working closely with Technical Experience, Ad & Media Technology and wider Technology Development teams, you will support capabilities across Adobe Journey Optimisation (AJO), Adobe Target, audience management, data feeds and digital analytics.

This is a senior platform ownership role, requiring you to provide technical leadership, influence architecture decisions and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant and maintainable.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and govern the AEP platform and associated MarTech capabilities
• Drive platform performance, integration and continuous improvement
• Support personalisation, journey orchestration and data-driven marketing
• Provide technical guidance and influence enterprise architecture
• Ensure data, security and compliance standards are maintained
• Collaborate across technology teams to deliver scalable solutions

This is an umbrella only role and will require 3 days per week on client site in Hampshire.
