About the Role

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment while managing a varied and high-quality caseload.
The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, working closely with clients to provide tailored legal advice on a range of private client matters while contributing to the ongoing success and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Court of Protection work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Provide practical, sensitive, and commercially focused legal advice.
• Meet agreed financial targets through effective time recording, billing, and file management.
• Support the growth and development of the Private Client team.
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Participate in networking and business development activities to generate new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong experience handling Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, and related private client matters.
• Excellent client care, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development and team collaboration.
