A well established and highly regarded Kent law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its growing Private Client department, based in Margate. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner looking to join a well resourced team with flexibility, strong support, and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Private Client Fee Earner - The Role

This is a permanent position within a large and collaborative Private Client team, handling a varied caseload of high quality private client matters. The role will suit a confident fee earner who enjoys client contact and working within a structured and supportive department.

You will be part of a wider Private Client department consisting of:

• Multiple fee earners across Margate, Canterbury and Ramsgate
• A dedicated tax team
• A substantial private client support function
• Trainee solicitor support
• Oversight from a senior management partner heading the department

The vacancy has arisen due to a team member relocating closer to home.

Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner Requirements

To be considered for this Private Client Fee Earner job in Margate, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Client work
• Experience handling matters such as Wills, Probate, Estates, and Estate Planning
• The ability to manage files independently with appropriate supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A team focused approach within a larger department

Experience using a case management system (ideally Liberate) will be beneficial.
