Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, including corporate real estate transactions and share deals

• Support landlord and tenant matters, including commercial leasing, renewals, and portfolio management

• Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation including sale and purchase agreements, leases, licences, and agreements for lease

• Conduct detailed due diligence, including title investigation, reporting, and risk assessment

• Collaborate with corporate, finance, tax, construction, and planning teams on UK and international transactions

Requirements

• 2-4 PQE Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with solid transactional experience

• Strong background in investment work, asset management, and commercial leasing

• Confident drafting and negotiating core property documentation independently

• Experience working within multi-disciplinary deal teams on complex transactions

• Commercially aware, detail-focused, and comfortable managing competing deadlines in a client-driven environment
