Business Analyst x3 - ITSM Transformation - central government - eSC Clearance

Our client is a well-known consultancy delivering on a new ITSM transformation for a central government client and is looking to add 3x Technical Business Analyst to their team.

Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates will be required to hold current and active eSC clearance before you start.

What you will be doing

• Capture and refine requirements for new ITSM solutions, including identifying and prioritising Day 1 needs.
• Analyse current ITSM operating models and define future service model changes across application and cloud infrastructure services.
• Map and recommend transition and exit routes from existing ITSM tooling and service arrangements.
• Define ITSM processes, governance and tooling to support a future-state model that includes DevOps and application support.
• Support commercial and procurement route analysis, business case development and transformation roadmap recommendations.
• Run and contribute to stakeholder and end-user engagement forums, analyse data and insights, and shape improvement projects and BAU transition.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Strong Business Analyst background in IT service environments, ideally with technical BA experience.
• Proven experience in ITSM transformation, operating model assessment or service management tooling change.
• Solid skills in requirements elicitation, process definition and documenting future-state services and models.
• Experience working closely with solution architecture, technical, operational and service management teams.
• Ability to contribute to commercial and procurement analysis and build options and recommendations.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insight and turn them into actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
