Build Hub Manager

Role Overview
Due to rapid scaling and increasing demand across our project delivery pipeline, an experienced Build Hub Manager is required on a 12-month contract to lead core technical staging, integration, and deployment operations.
In this interim role, you will take operational ownership of the Build Hub, driving resource allocation, throughput, and hardware provisioning to support critical secure infrastructure upgrades. You will directly oversee the technical execution of major hardware refresh programmes, transition workstreams, and technical onboarding for new platform deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Throughput Management: Direct the day-to-day operations of the Build Hub, managing capacity and staging workflows to meet tight project delivery timelines.
• Legacy Modernisation Projects: Lead technical build and configuration activities for critical fixed-site hardware replacement initiatives.
• Remote Solution Deployments: Support the build, testing, and staging workstreams for updated remote and mobile working solutions.
• Project Onboarding Support: Coordinate and deploy technical build resources to ensure seamless onboarding and hardware integration for incoming project workstreams.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict configuration management and high-assurance build standards across all hardware deliverables.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record as a Contract Manager or Delivery Lead overseeing hardware build, staging, or integration hub environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting infrastructure projects involving high-assurance communications hardware, or legacy network replacements.
• Strong resource allocation skills with the ability to balance competing delivery milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hardware configurations for enterprise remote access solutions.
• Active SC Clearance is required (or eligibility and willingness to undergo the SC process).
