Senior Platform Engineer

Rate: £500 - £525 per day (Umbrella) Location: Fully Remote Clearance: Active SC Clearance required (NPPV3 highly advantageous)

The Role We are looking for an experienced AWS Platform Engineer to join a fully remote project. You will play a key role in building and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure, heavily utilising AWS and Terraform.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• AWS Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience designing and building in AWS.

• Infrastructure as Code: Deep knowledge of Terraform.

• CI/CD: Proven experience with modern CI/CD methodologies and pipelines.

• Networking: Solid understanding of AWS Networking concepts.

• Web Proxies: Practical knowledge of Proxy servers / Squid.

Bonus Points (Highly Desirable):

• Experience designing and implementing AWS Landing Zones.

• Knowledge of AWS Account Vending.

• Experience with Account Factory for Terraform (AFT).

Security Clearance Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must hold active SC Clearance. Those who also hold NPPV3 clearance will be at a distinct advantage, though this is not a strict dealbreaker.
