Senior Court of Protection Solicitor

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a complex caseload focused on Property and Affairs, alongside health, welfare, and social care matters
• Advising deputies and clients on legal issues arising from personal injury or clinical negligence cases
• Representing clients and providing advocacy in Court of Protection hearings
• Building strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to develop new work

We're looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in Court of Protection work
• Proven ability to manage complex cases independently
• Confident advocacy skills and experience attending hearings
• A client-focused approach with strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with an interest in contributing to team growth
