In this Contentious Probate Solicitor role, you will manage a varied caseload focused exclusively on contentious probate matters, working both independently and alongside experienced colleagues on more complex cases.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing your own caseload of contentious probate and will disputes
• Handling Inheritance Act claims, will validity challenges, and executor disputes
• Supporting on complex estate, trust, and Court of Protection disputes
• Collaborating with colleagues across litigation and private client teams

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' civil litigation experience
• Experience in contentious probate or a strong interest in specialising in this area
• Ability to manage your own caseload with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Willingness to work collaboratively and continue developing your expertise
