A well-established regional law firm is looking to hire a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join its dynamic and growing team. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including:
- Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance and secured lending
- Development and planning matters
- Landlord and tenant disputes

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property law
