Our client is a rapidly growing, Florida-headquartered provider of cloud-native Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions for AWS and Azure environments. With a platform trusted by SMBs and global enterprises alike, they deliver lightning-fast recovery, cost-efficient archiving, and seamless cloud integration. Listed on both AWS and Azure marketplaces, they're scaling fast across global markets - and now, expanding their UK presence.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role focused on outbound prospecting and closing new logo business in both commercial and public sectors. You'll target IT and cloud leadership - from DevOps to CIOs - selling mission-critical cloud backup solutions with a strong technical edge.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting → discovery → demo → close
- Develop pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and trial conversions
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to align solutions to business needs
- Report accurately in Salesforce and forecast your pipeline confidently
- Stay sharp on AWS & Azure cloud trends to speak your buyers' language
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B tech sales (cloud, backup, infrastructure, security preferred)
- Demonstrable success in outbound, new business roles
- Confident selling to IT leadership - CIOs, Heads of Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud Architects
- Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own performance
- Strong Salesforce user
