A leading regional law firm with a proud heritage and a strong presence across the South is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Property Lawyer to join its well-regarded and growing Property team.

The Residential Property Team:
The Residential Property department is made up of 14 experienced professionals who advise on the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters. These include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership schemes
- Equity release
- Lease extensions and variations
The Role:
The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload with minimal supervision, providing clear and practical advice to a broad client base. The role involves handling matters from instruction to post-completion, with full support from a well-structured and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running a full caseload of residential property matters
- Providing a high standard of client care
- Developing relationships with agents, referrers and clients
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years' PQE
- Proven experience managing a wide range of residential conveyancing matters
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Client-focused with a collaborative, can-do approach
