A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a talented Corporate Lawyer (4 years' PQE) to join its growing team in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality corporate matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
As part of a respected Corporate team, you will handle a broad range of corporate work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Corporate governance and compliance
- Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
- Corporate restructuring and reorganisations
- Due diligence and post-transaction support
You will work with a varied client base, including private companies, entrepreneurs, and some larger corporate clients, providing you with the opportunity to develop your technical expertise and commercial acumen.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 4 years' PQE in corporate law
- Experience in M&A, corporate governance, and commercial contracts
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Client-focused with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- Excellent communicator, with a proactive approach to business development
