Key Responsibilities
- Advising on wills and estate planning
- Managing probate and estate administration matters
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting clients with inheritance and succession planning
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 3+ years' experience in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
