A highly respected and award-winning London law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join its expanding property team, based in East London. The Opportunity:
You will join a dynamic and supportive property team, handling a broad range of non-contentious property transactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in residential and/or commercial property law and will bring with them a proactive approach to business development, relationship management, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of non-contentious property matters
- Advising clients on residential and/or commercial transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client and referral relationships
- Meeting billing targets and contributing to team growth
- Supporting junior colleagues and collaborating with cross-department teams
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in property law
- Experience managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to hit financial and performance targets
- Business development mindset with an interest in growing your client base
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
