Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor / Legal Executive)

Full Remuneration Package: £45,000-£70,000 DOE
A well-established and highly regarded firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its friendly and growing team in Petersfield.

The Role
You will manage a broad private client caseload, including:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Probate and estate administration
The work includes a mix of LNW and HNW clients, offering exposure to more complex and rewarding matters.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+)
- Experience or training in Private Client work
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs
- Confident managing a varied caseload independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise workload effectively
