A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Probate sales
- New build and shared ownership transactions
- Title investigations and reporting
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your matters while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
About You
- Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with an appropriate level of supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge, organisation skills and a commercial approach.
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and referrers.
