A well-established, modern law firm in North West London is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join as a Senior Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and client-focused individual to play a key role in a thriving department with real momentum and room to grow into leadership.
You'll take the lead on complex and high-value private client matters, working with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and family business owners. The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, the chance to influence strategic direction, and the opportunity to progress into a future leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on complex wills and estate planning strategies
- Handle trust creation and administration matters
- Manage taxable and non-taxable probate and estate administrations
- Draft and register Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Provide bespoke succession planning and asset protection advice for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
- Contribute to business development and play a key role in shaping the growth of the department
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in private client work
- Strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs
- Excellent drafting and client relationship skills
- A proactive, commercial mindset with strategic vision
- Experience working with HNW clients and complex estates
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) is highly desirable
