We are looking for a capable and self-sufficient Residential Property Solicitor to join our busy Polegate office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and take on responsibility within a smaller, supportive team.
About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a full caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

Lease extensions and complex residential matters

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE preferred (all levels considered)

Proven ability to manage conveyancing files independently

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident in client communication and problem-solving

Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
