An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and well-established team based in Corby. This role offers the chance to develop a strong presence across Northamptonshire while working closely with both private and commercial clients.
We are looking for a technically strong lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) who is capable of managing their own caseload independently and is passionate about building longstanding client relationships.
The Role
You will advise individuals, families and business owners on a broad range of private client matters, delivering tailored legal solutions and exceptional levels of client care.
Your caseload will include:
✅ Wills & Estate Planning
✅ Estate Administration & Probate
✅ Inheritance Tax Planning
✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
✅ Trust Creation & Administration
✅ Wealth Preservation & Succession Planning
You will have the autonomy to manage files from instruction through to completion while supporting the continued growth of the Private Client offering across Corby and the wider Northamptonshire region.
About You
✔ Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
✔ Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters
✔ Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
✔ Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
✔ Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
✔ Strong networking and communication abilities
✔ Keen to contribute to the long-term growth of the department
