Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience to join a supportive and collaborative environment handling a steady flow of quality work.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- General residential conveyancing matters
The successful candidate will handle a consistent pipeline of new instructions while benefiting from support within an established team environment.
About You
- 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong client care, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and keen to get involved in networking and business development
