The Opportunity
This senior-level role combines the excitement of driving growth in a key location with the support of an award-winning property team. You'll work closely with senior leadership to build and lead the commercial property practice in Bournemouth, develop client relationships, and support strategic development across the region.
The Role
You will:
* Lead and grow the commercial property offering in Bournemouth
* Manage your own caseload across a range of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development matters
* Drive business development efforts and grow your network locally
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to expand the firm's presence and cross-referral opportunities
* Provide supervision and mentoring to junior lawyers as the team grows
* Contribute to the wider Property team across offices as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE, currently operating at Senior Associate or Partner level
* Broad experience in general commercial property, with strong technical and commercial awareness
* Track record of client development, ideally with an existing network or following
* Ambitious, team-focused, and highly motivated to build something long-term
* A confident communicator with excellent leadership, mentoring, and delegation skills
* Organised and financially astute, with a focus on quality service and commercial delivery
