Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a broad mix of private client matters, including:
- Wills and probate
- Estate and tax planning
- Trusts and administration of estates
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications
You'll be working alongside experienced colleagues in a friendly, open environment with a genuine focus on teamwork and service quality.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for a solicitor who brings:
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law
- Strong technical ability and a self-sufficient approach
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential
