The Role
You'll manage a mixed caseload of:
- Residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
- Commercial property matters (leases, acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work)
- Client contact and relationship management
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Participating in business development and networking initiatives
What They're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
- Experience in both residential and commercial property law
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
