A well-established firm is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their successful Residential Conveyancing team. You will manage your own caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages, supported by our modern AI-assisted case management system. Training on unregistered titles is available.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload

Preparing and issuing draft contract packs

Raising enquiries and submitting searches

Reporting to clients on purchase files

Exchanging contracts and preparing completion packs
-
Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the process

Conducting negotiations with other parties

Submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
What We're Looking For

Experience in residential conveyancing (all levels considered)

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own caseload

Clear, confident communication and excellent client-care abilities

A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn new systems and embrace modern, AI-enhanced workflows
