An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented solicitor to join an established Wills, Trusts & Probate department within a respected regional law firm. The team advises a broad range of individuals, families and business owners on succession planning, wealth preservation and estate administration matters, offering exposure to high-quality and varied work.

The Role
You will manage a varied private client caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills and estate planning advice
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Wealth preservation and succession planning
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
- Supporting clients through often complex and sensitive legal matters
You will work closely with colleagues across the department, building long-term client relationships whilst delivering the highest standards of client care and technical advice.
There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development activities and further strengthen the firm's already well-established private client offering.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
- Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and provide practical, tailored advice.
- Proactive and commercially minded, with a desire to contribute to a highly regarded team and continue developing your technical expertise.
STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
