A well-regarded law firm in Basingstoke is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to manage a varied caseload and progress within a supportive and dynamic environment.
The Role
Advising on a broad range of family matters, including:

Divorce & Separation
-
Financial Remedy Proceedings
-
Private Children Work (Contact and Residence)

Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements
-
Separation Agreements and Cohabitation Disputes
Responsibilities include:

Managing and developing your own caseload
-
Ensuring compliance with Resolution, SRA, and regulatory standards

Mentoring and delegating work to support staff
-
Assisting with business development and client engagement
-
Attending firm or external events/seminars as required
Experience as a collaborative lawyer and/or mediator is desirable but not essential.
Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in family law

Strong technical skills in privately funded family matters
