We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax lawyer with a strong city or leading international firm background.
As an Associate, you will work across a wide variety of high-value and high-profile tax matters, frequently involving multi-jurisdictional issues.
You will gain exposure to:

Advising on domestic and international tax in the context of M&A, corporate structuring, bank and bond financing, structured debt, leasing, funds, and real estate investment.
