Commercial Property Solicitor - Senior Associate
A leading boutique law firm with a long-established presence across North London is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (Senior Associate level) to join their growing team at their newly launched Angel office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and commercially astute solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and ideally a modest client following or referrer network, looking to join a supportive, well-respected firm that truly values its people, culture, and long-term relationships-both internally and with clients.

The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, including freehold acquisitions/disposals, leasehold assignments, new leases, and refinancing.
- Advise a broad range of clients including landlords, tenants, investors, and developers, both regionally and across London.
- Be expected to bring or build a modest following-either direct clients or a network of referrers and agents.
- Take a proactive role in business development, attending networking events, producing legal content, and developing new client relationships.
- Support the mentoring of junior team members and contribute to the overall development of the department.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property.
- Strong experience managing a broad range of commercial property matters independently.
- A modest client following or referrer relationships is desirable.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and client care skills.
- Strong academic background - minimum 2:1 degree.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in contributing to team and firm growth.
