We're looking for an experienced Workday Specialist to join a large-scale Financial Services transformation programme based in London (hybrid working).

You'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying Workday modules across HR and Finance - ensuring business requirements are met and integrated effectively across the organisation.

This role suits someone who's been hands-on in end-to-end Workday implementations and enjoys working closely with stakeholders in fast-moving project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.)

• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions

• Lead or support full implementation cycles

• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure on-time delivery

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to drive success

Skills & Experience

• Proven Workday configuration and implementation experience

• Deep understanding of Workday HCM / Payroll / Finance modules

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills

• Background in large-scale transformation or consultancy projects

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
