Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Windows Developer Infrastructure Engineer to join a fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting the Windows developer infrastructure, tools, and environments. You'll play a key role in improving the developer experience and supporting specialized workflows in Windows development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance IDEs such as Visual Studio and Rider with custom tools and features for Windows developers

• Improve language services and developer experiences in Windows-based environments

• Support proof-of-concept builds by productionizing Windows-specific hardware

• Configure and maintain Windows development environments for compatibility and performance

• Optimize tools and workflows, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Windows development issues

• Research and recommend new tools and technologies

• Collaborate with the developer community to gather feedback and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (C# preferred, C++ a plus)

• Proven experience in Windows development and tooling

• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux development environments

• Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn new technologies
