Wills & Inheritance Solicitor

Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on Inheritance Tax planning
• Supporting elderly clients with sensitive legal matters
• Assisting colleagues with complex cases where needed
• Playing an active role in business development and networking to grow the department's reputation

We're Looking For:

• NQ-3PQE Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
• Proven ability to manage a caseload including Wills, LPAs and Inheritance Tax planning
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Confidence in networking and developing new business opportunities
• A collaborative approach with the ability to support colleagues
